My first degree was in Product and Systems Design, but as it always felt better working with people and providing for their most significant needs I worked for 2 years in the humanitarian field. This was crucial in identifying my own deepest need and desire to offer the best I have to those around me, delving further into personal development and nutrition and deciding to support them by sharing what I have up to now gained from my studies and my personal experience.
At the age of 19 and during my first degree I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I refused to see myself as a “patient” and I turned down the conventional treatment I was offered. An instinctive certainty that, within me I will find the cure I needed, led me to Reiki, Aikido and meditation, while at the same time I began to explore with an adult’s awareness the beneficial effects of being in nature, dietary experiments and any other experience or method I tried and felt that supported my natural health. Without having consciously decided it back then, I embarked on an inner journey, looking for the truth that this condition was there to teach me.
In recent years, I have been exclusively deepening on topics of personal awareness and self improvement concerning the body, mind and spirit. With an honest curiosity and willingness to understand deeply, I have been trained and practicing the healing methods of Reiki, Theta Healing and Deep PEAT, as well as an Eating Psychology & Mind Body Nutrition Coach by the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. These cutting edge approaches have provided me with innovative tools and the necessary self-confidence to help guide and support others in their evolutionary steps on nutrition, restrictive beliefs, anxiety, and other conditions manifested in a variety of symptoms. According to modern scientific approaches, every challenge faced by someone is welcomed with respect as a teacher and a guide to each one’s personal journey as it comes to teach us how to express our best possible self.
